お人柄の良さが◎ このうどんセットは、オーナーのお人柄の良さがいかにも表現されている 何とも真面目で丁寧で優しい 追加うどんは130円って安すぎるでしょ！ そこそこの量はありましたが、あまりの美味しさに後から追加。注文受けてから茹でるので９分待ちますので、たくさん食べたい方はファーストオーダーで追加も発注がベターです

土曜日 昼間13時頃 待ちなし。 私たちで満席。 肉汁付けうどんに別皿で追加うどん一玉。 程よい濃さのつけ汁に平打ちの麺がよく絡む優しい味。 うどんの茹で加減◯ お口直しがあり、最後の一口まで飽きることなく食べ切れる。 男性やよく食べる方は追加の一玉を初めからオーダー推奨。（茹で時間がある程度かかるため） 店主さん、女将さんの気持ちの良い接客。 また行きたい。そんなお店。

うどんの注文を取ってくれたおかみさんが振り返ると、Tシャツの背中には「麺と汁」の文字が。 ツヤッツヤでコシが強くエッジの効いた麺と、程よいさっぱり感の肉汁は、Tシャツの言葉にもあるように、このご夫婦の思いと人柄をそのまま写しているんだなぁと。付け合わせの卵焼きときゅうりのお漬けもの、これも一体感があり顔もほころぶ。しみじみ奥深さを味わえる、うれしい一膳です。 肉つけ汁うどん750円はそのままで満足なひと皿。追加うどん130円で、多良腹です。値上げもせず頑張っておられる姿に、元気もいただきました。ありがとうございます。
